Letos TNA še ni sproducirala slabega PPVja in tudi konkretni ni izjema; po zabavnosti jo sicer prekaša Joker's Wild 2, crossover z Wrestle-1 je imel daljše borbe, Sacrifice pa več gimmick matchev, a po zanimivosti, spotih in tudi spodobnem občinstvu je Slamniversary njihov letošnji najboljši PPV.

Velja izpostavitiodličen uvodni x-division obračun z lestvami, ki je vseboval lepo število brutalnih spotov, AA/King in main event so bili prav tako zelo gledljivi, Texas Deathmatch in ženski obračun sta bila uredu do končnic, ki so bile potrebne za nadaljevanje zgodbe. Mark out momenti so bili pri debiju Von Erichov, ki je vseboval kratko borbo in klasične spote vključno z Iron Clawom, ki je pobral najglasnejše odzive publike, Storm pa je bil spet maximum heel in dobro vključil člane lokalnega nogometnega kluba in zagotovil nekaj potrebne mainstream publicitete.
